At AZLOR, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your order, this Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for all AZLOR products including T-shirts, sleepers, apparel, and future merchandise.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
- The product has manufacturing defects or quality issues.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling.
- Used, washed, or altered items.
- Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers, unless damaged or defective.
- Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
3. Return Request Window
You must raise a return or replacement request within:
⏱️ 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery.
After this period, we may not be able to process the request.
4. Return Process
To file a return, contact us through:

- Order ID
- Customer Name
- Contact Number
- Product Images (showing damage/issue clearly)
- Reason for return
Once reviewed, our team will:
- Approve or reject the request
- Initiate pickup (if applicable)
- Inform you of the next steps
5. Pickup & Inspection
- Our courier partner will pick up the product from your address.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- After receiving the product, our quality team will inspect it.
Return/Refund will be approved only after inspection is successful.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Manufacturing issue
- Order cancelled before shipping
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
- UPI
- Wallet
- Debit/Credit Card
- Net Banking
💳 Refund processing time: 5–7 business days (bank timelines may vary).
7. Exchange / Replacement Policy
We offer replacement for:
- Size issues (only if unused & tags intact)
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong product received
Replacement is subject to availability.
If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- In case of prepaid orders, refund will be issued as per refund timelines.
9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If an order returns to us due to:
- Wrong address
- Customer unavailable
- Phone not reachable
We will contact you for re-shipping.
